Proof of business: business registration or commercial register extract.
VAT number for companies in the EU (checked via the EU VIES system).
Outside the EU: business licence and tax number.

we-sell-stock.com is the sales division of Fitters Footwear GmbH in Herborn, Germany. Through our sister site we-buy-stock.com we buy inventory from insolvency administrators, brands and manufacturers – on our own account and with payment before handover.

Because the goods belong to us, you negotiate directly with the owner: no platform, no middlemen, no commission. For suppliers and insolvency administrators, every sale is handled confidentially.

Questions from buyers

Why don't you publish a price list?

Many of our lots come from ongoing insolvency proceedings or from manufacturers who require a discreet sale. We therefore send offers directly to registered trade buyers and do not publish prices.

Who can register?

Trade resellers with a business registration or commercial register entry and a VAT number; companies outside the EU with a business licence and tax number. Registration is free and there is no obligation to buy.

What goods do you offer?

Footwear, apparel and mixed consumer goods from insolvency proceedings, overproduction, order cancellations and warehouse clearances. Lots range from EUR 10,000 up to several million euros in value.

Who receives an offer?

Registered buyers whose purchasing profile matches the lot. Where quantities are limited, we first inform buyers we have already worked with.

How is a lot allocated?

In the order of binding confirmations. After your confirmation you receive a proforma invoice; once payment is received, the goods are released for collection.

Can I inspect the goods beforehand?

Yes, by appointment. For every lot you also receive photos and a packing list with items, sizes and quantities.
