Where the stock comes from
Branded shoes stock lots reach us when a retailer or brand enters insolvency, when a factory produces more than was ordered, when a customer cancels an order, or when a warehouse has to be cleared at the end of a season. We buy these goods outright through our sister company we-buy-stock.com and resell them to trade buyers.
Because we hold title to the goods, you deal with the seller directly, not with a broker or platform. There are no fees and no commission on top of the agreed price.
Lot sizes and how offers work
Shoe closeouts are offered from €10,000 up to several million euros, from single pallets to complete warehouse stocks. We do not publish a catalogue or price list. Registered buyers whose profile matches a lot receive the offer by e-mail or WhatsApp with photos, a packing list showing items, sizes and quantities, the price and the validity of the offer.
This keeps sales discreet towards insolvency administrators and manufacturers, who often do not want their stock advertised publicly.
Who buys our footwear stocklots
Our buyers are trade resellers: shoe wholesalers, off-price and discount retailers, retail chains, exporters and online sellers. Full size runs make it easier to sell the goods on through retail or wholesale channels without being left with unsellable sizes.
To receive offers, register with a business registration or commercial register extract. EU companies also provide their VAT number, which we check via VIES; companies outside the EU provide a business licence and tax number. Review usually takes one to two working days. Registration is free and carries no obligation to buy.
Terms of sale
All prices are net, excluding VAT, ex works (EXW) Germany. We quote freight on request. Payment is by bank transfer in advance within 48 hours of the proforma invoice. Lots are allocated in the order of binding confirmations and are sold as full lots, with goods as described. Inspection is possible by appointment.
