An own-account trader, not a platform
Many stocklots websites in Europe are marketplaces or brokers that pass on offers from third parties. We work differently: we buy the goods ourselves through our sister company we-buy-stock.com, which purchases stock from insolvency administrators, brands and manufacturers with payment before handover. We then sell the goods to you directly.
As a result there are no fees and no commission, and you know who owns the goods you are buying.
Our sales team handles each lot from offer to loading, so you have one point of contact for questions about the packing list, inspection, freight and documents. Offers and questions can be handled in English by e-mail or WhatsApp.
What we supply
Lots range from €10,000 to several million euros, from single pallets to complete warehouse stocks. Sources include insolvency proceedings, overproduction, order cancellations, warehouse clearances and seasonal stock.
- Footwear: women's, men's and kids', sneakers, business shoes, boots; brands and private labels, mostly in full size runs
- Apparel and textiles: new goods from overruns, cancelled orders and store closures
- Consumer goods: mixed merchandise from warehouse clearances, by the pallet
Why source stocklots in Germany
Germany is one of the largest retail and consumer markets in Europe, and with that comes a steady flow of surplus: overruns from suppliers, cancelled orders, store closures, seasonal stock and inventories released from insolvency proceedings. For trade buyers across Europe and in export markets, a German stock lots supplier offers access to this flow of goods.
Buying from a registered German company also means clear contractual terms, a verifiable commercial register entry and a VAT ID that can be checked in the EU VIES system before you pay.
Terms of sale
Our terms are the same for every buyer.
- Prices net, excluding VAT
- Ex works (EXW) Germany; freight quote on request
- Prepayment by bank transfer within 48 hours of the proforma invoice
- Allocation in the order of binding confirmations
- Full lots only; goods sold as described
- Inspection by appointment
Registration
We sell only to trade resellers: wholesalers, off-price and discount retailers, retail chains, exporters and online sellers. To register, submit a business registration or commercial register extract. EU companies provide their VAT number, which we check via VIES. Companies outside the EU provide a business licence and tax number. Review usually takes one to two working days. Registration is free and carries no obligation to buy.
Registered buyers receive offers that match their profile by e-mail or WhatsApp, with photos, packing list, price and validity. There is no public catalogue, out of discretion towards insolvency administrators and manufacturers.
